About Ajit Sahi:
Ajit Sahi is an award winning journalist activist and former editor at large for Tehelka magazine. Before that he was in charge of the Hindi news channel TV9. His ground breaking story on terror titled “SIMI Fictions” proved to be the first such major story questioning the legitimacy of the official narrative on terror. He was also the first journalist on the spot at Dantewada and has journeyed vastly through those areas.
He is among the handful of Indians to have ever traveled to Gaza taking the sea route and being detained by the Egyptian army of Hosni Mubarak for a couple of days in 2010. He was present in Tahrir Square in Cairo when Mubarak fell. He has also been in conflict zones along the Afghan-Pakistan border a couple of months back. Last month he was once again in a conflict zone in Syria.
Ajit Sahi is a passionate speaker on issues of terror, minorities and the Middle East. He has spoken on these both at the national and international levels.
