• PDP conducted Human rights Conference at Anwarussery Yatheemkhana in Kollam on June 2, 2012. Sebastian Paul presided over the function.Kovur Kunjhu Mon M L A presented the ‘Human Rights Message’. Prominent Human rights activist and the chairman of CRPP (Committee for the Release of Political Prisoners) S A R Geelani was the chief Guest. Neelalohita Dasa Nadar, T Arifali (Ameer,Jamaat e Islami,Kerala), Thodiyu Kunjhu Muhamed Moulavi (Working General Secretary,,Dakshina Kerala Jmahiyyathul Ulema),Basurendra  Babu (Media Critic) ,Thevalakkara Aliyar Kunjhu Moulavi ,Madani’s Father T A Abdul Samad Master,Aaltthur Sidhashramam Swami Vishwa Badhraananda Shakthi Bodhi,Baselius Marthoma Yakoba I Katholika Bava,Advocate K P Muhamed,Advocare S Prahladan,Dr Husain Madavoor,poonthura Siraj,Muhamed Rajeeb were aslo spoke at the function.

  Jameela Paraksham M L A at PDP Dharana May 23

  PDP Leaders conducted hunger strike in front of Kerala legislative assembly on May 23, 2011 demanding the immediate release of Abdu Nasar madani. The hunger strike was led by PDP State working Chairman Poonthur Siraj .Siraj urged the State Government to intervene in Madani’s case.

• Dakshina Kerala jamhiyyathul Ulema (DKJU), prominent Muslim Organsiation of South kerala, conducted Dharna in solidarity with Madani in May 22,2012. Dharna was inaugurated by DKJU Working General Secretary, Thodiyur Kunjahammed Moulavi .He assured that DKJU will fight for the cause till Madani release from the Jail. Popular front of India, Anavarusserheri Student Forum, and Kerala Imam Council also went to the function, in Solidarity with DKJU Dhrna. Fattahudhin rshadi,Anasul Hasani etc were adslo addressed the gathering.

• PDP Activists send 10 million letters to Karnataka Governorby rising the slogan “Save Madani’s Life” .It was a campaign planned by PDP State committee from May 15 to May 30.According to the media reports the campaign mass support to the cause of Abdu Nasar Madani.
